Joss was founded in 1983 as a trading company specialising in industrial chemicals. As the company has grown, so has the range of products with the inclusion of fuel additives and syntetic rubbers. The last year has seen a particularly dynamic evolution in base oils which has resulted in a 50% joint venture committed to the trading, storage and distribution of base oils from the southern parts of Russia and the Ukraine.

Joss has a strong presence in emerging markets encompassing sourcing products from CIS-countries, whilst marketing in Asia.
